Doug Miller, Lead Pastor
Rev. Miller has been the lead pastor at Grays Chapel UMC since June of 2000. Doug was raised in West Virginia, received a bachelors degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College, and a Masters of Divinity from Duke University. Doug has been in ministry since 1989 and an ordained elder since 1994. His wife Mary is also an ordained United Methodist minister at Sandy Ridge UMC in Greensboro. They have two daughters and live in the Grays Chapel community.
Alanda Harris, Associate Pastor
Rev. Harris has been the "second-chair" pastor at Grays Chapel UMC since May of 2007. She entered the ministry in 2001 and is also a NC State employee. Alanda was raised in New Jersey and completed her course of study at Duke University Divinity School to become a Licensed Local Pastor in March of 2007. Grays Chapel is Alanda's second appointment since entering the ministry in 2001. She and her husband Roy live in Asheboro.
Marybeth Gentry, Office Administrator
Marybeth has been the office administrator at Grays Chapel since July of 2006. She was raised in Connecticut and lived in Delaware before becoming a happy resident of NC in 2004. She resides in Greensboro with her husband and their twin teenage sons. The Gentry family attends Friendly Hills Church, PCA in Jamestown.
